Heartland Customs own Detail Spray - $13.00 ea

Finally the secret formula that we use on all of our vehicles is available to purchase.  If you have seen our paint jobs, you know how amazing this stuff is!

Use this on all painted surfaces, chrome, and stainless.

Application and spreading DETAIL SPRAY will be done with one towel and “polish and buff” will be done with the second towel—making sure it remains dry for best shining results.  Microfiber towels are recommended.

Here is the key to the product:  remember you are laying down a protective barrier (the same technology that was patented with RainX—but NONE of the negatives, because this is a water based product with no solvents—the barrier technology is the ONLY RainX similarity!) Think of the barrier as an ultra fine mesh that is being applied to the surface: the first coat lays down the first “mesh”—the second coat crosses the mesh and makes the coating finer.  Third and subsequent layers make the mesh smaller and smaller, to the point where you obtain pretty much a solid protective barrier.

F
or the first application only---apply 3 coats to get a good barrier built (this barrier is microscopic—so there is never any concern about build-up—it just won’t happen—the science behind the barrier coverage results in a self regulating system.  As the barrier gets 3-4 layers “deep”—the mesh becomes small enough that subsequent layers will not bond to the previous one, and the result is that future coats are replenishing the final layer and maintaining the protective barrier and shine).  Do each coat with both towels and each subsequent coat in the same manner.

The chemistry behind what is happening as you apply DETAIL SPRAY:  The liquid, as it comes from the bottle is in the form of molecular monomers.  As the water carrier begins to evaporate, these monomers bind together to form a polymer compound (the “mesh screen”) and this polymer bonds with the surface to which it is being applied.  The end result is the complete protective barrier technology.

The more DETAIL SPRAY is used, the better and deeper the paint will look and the easier it will be to maintain the surface.  Dirt, dust, water spots, and the like will be less and less likely to stick to the surface. And, if they are on the surface, they will be easier and easier to remove—many times simply by rubbing them off with a dry microfiber towel.  Remember, however, that the barrier is microscopic.  As such, it will protect against what has been mentioned—it will not, however, protect against scratching or other things that would mar or ruin the painted surface.  It is truly a product that the more you use it, the easier it will be to keep the surface clean and looking great.

Heartland Customs own Glass Cleaner - $8.00 ea

Go ahead and try to leave fingerprints on the glass after you use this product.  Not gonna happen!

Use this product in the same way you use DETAIL SPRAY.  The difference between the two products is that DETAIL SPRAY contains a different concentration of the barrier product that is especially designed for painted surfaces.  It can be used on windows and glass, in addition to the painted surfaces, but GLASS CLEANER is a different concentration and the water based carrier is different, so GLASS CLEANER will produce better results specifically on glass, but will not produce equal results on painted surfaces.  Again, apply this in the same manner with the microfiber towels as with DETAIL SPRAY.
